A modern commercial office complex inspired by the historic spice markets of Thalassery, featuring co-working spaces and retail.

Situated near the historic spice market area of Thalassery, this mixed-use commercial complex draws architectural inspiration from the traditional trading warehouses that once dominated the coastline.

The design features a series of interconnected volumes arranged around shaded courtyards, echoing the spatial organization of traditional market buildings. The ground floor houses retail and café spaces, while upper floors provide flexible co-working and private office suites.

A rooftop terrace with views of the Arabian Sea serves as an events space. The facade uses perforated corten steel screens that create dynamic shadow patterns throughout the day, referencing the intricate jali work found in Malabar architecture.
